I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk from popular landmarks like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for nearby restaurants and cafes. What really impressed me was the personalized service, as there are only a few rooms in this venue. The attention to detail and the genuine care from the staff made my stay truly memorable.
I highly recommend this hotel.

An easy walk to barberini metro stop, some 5 minutes walk. Location so close to Quirinale Palace. Taste the food in Osteria Barberini, you only need to walk 200 feet to reach it.

Loved their terrace.
We had two rooms, mine was smaller even though I wanted a double and another person from my group was single. Pillows in the rooms are awful. Staff is rather rude. Heard one of the receptionists fighting with someone on the phone, swearing a lot. A/C didn't work at night in our room. They store our luggage in a small dirty room with mops.

Excellent location in the center of Rome with availability to arrive everywhere on foot.
Had a interior room with no view to street.

Good central and safe location
No kettles for boiling water. Very thin pillows. Can be noisy if you take the room facing the street, but this is remedied with soundproof windows/walls and air-conditioning.

We had a great time staying in a hotel located on a nice street in the center of the city. It was very convenient as we could walk to many sights and landmarks. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing stay. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of options including ham, cheese, yogurt, and fruits. The hotel also had amenities such as a rooftop terrace and a small lift.
The hotel could improve on the breakfast staff's friendliness.

Very good location, 10 min to Trevi on foot, 3 min to the metrostation Bernini. Friendly staff. The room was clean and larger than the standard.
Breakfast was nice but a little bit poor.

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel. The drain in the shower did not work for two days until it was fixed. The TV had no Englsih channels. I asked about it and they told me that there was something wrong with the antena. But I stayed for three days and nothing was done about it. In addition, although in the contract that I received from Booked.net it states that the price is inclusive of all taxes, I was charged 3 EUR per day extra tax. The rooms are relatively clean but old and the carpet is not clean.

Great location and friendly staff. We were within walking distance of most landmarks and the metro. Also, we enjoyed the complementary snacks and drinks in the lobby every day, which was a nice touch.
The breakfast was not very good, with dry bread and disappointing canned fruit. Additionally, our room was dated and could use some updating - the shower leaked and the air conditioning was not very strong.
